Hotels Special Conditions
Upon booking a tour package from this web site
you are agreeing an obligation with SkyLink Holidays
USA. We require a guaranteed, non-refundable deposit
of $250 per person based on the total cost, excluding
taxes to process a booking. Travel agency checks,
Visa, MasterCard & American Express are accepted
forms of payment. Our office must receive check
payments within 3 days of verbal confirmation.
Once this request has been guaranteed, the passenger
is committed to the booking & will be charged
applicable fees if passenger cancels. Final payment
is due no later than 60 days before departure.
No charges will be applied if tours cannot be
confirmed. No booking should be considered confirmed
until written advice from SkyLink Holidays USA
The following non refundable charges are per person:
Time before Departure Penalty:
Up to 60 days prior $250.00
59 to 45 days prior $350.00
44 to 30 days prior $700.00
Any unrecoverable deposits paid to airlines or
suppliers will be deducted from your refund
29 days to departure 100% non refundable.
No refunds will be made for any unused portion
including hotels, sightseeing, cruises, transfers,
meals, international or domestic flights with
or without notice unless cancelled or missed by
Credit Card Payments
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted
for most services as payment. Cardholder signature
authorizing payment and amount must be submitted
to SkyLink Holidays USA prior any documentation
being released to the agent.
Adequate insurance is recommended. All travel
agencies can provide the necessary information
& policies for their clients.
$50.00 is applicable to amendments (of confirmed
reservations) made up to 30 days prior to departure.

The price of each tour package in this brochure
includes actual cost, material, planning &
If cancellation of a scheduled tour departure
is made by SkyLink Holidays USA, a refund for
amount paid to date will be granted to the passenger
and this will constitute full settlement. SkyLink
Holidays USA is NOT responsible for any penalties
once airline tickets have been issued.
All vouchers & other documentation must be
returned to SkyLink Holidays USA before any refund
can be processed based on the above penalty amounts.
All other claims for compensation must be submitted
to the insurance company. SkyLink Holidays USA
will not accept responsibility for any lost documentation
in transit. Once a tour has begun, there is no
refund or credit for unused services, late arrival
or early departure. Bonus features are provided
on a complimentary basis and represent no value
for refund or exchange. If your departure from
your point of origin or return home is delayed
no credit will be given nor will any additional
personal expenses incurred be the responsibility
of SkyLink Holidays USA.
It is a passenger’s responsibility (with
their agents assistance) to obtain at their own
expense all required documentation by all relevant
authorities. NO REFUND WILL BE ALLOWED IF ENTRY
IS DENIED, DUE TO IMPROPER DOCUMENTATION ON THE
PART OF THE PASSENGER.
Descriptions & Prices
At time of printing, the rates, airfare &
hotel information is accurate. To keep hotels
up to standards that our customers are used to,
occasional renovation or construction may be required.
These adjustments are usually carried out with
a minimum of inconvenience to the passenger. In
the event that a hotel listed in the brochure
is not available, the operator reserves the right
to substitute another property of similar or higher
SkyLink Holidays USA will make every effort to
maintain the prices listed in this brochure unless
there is a major fluctuation in exchange rates.
Only payment in full guarantees no increase. However
any increase in taxes whether or not full payment
has been received will be subject to additional
collection. Should the basic tour price excluding
taxes increase by more than 7%, passenger(s) will
have 48 hours to cancel, pay the increase or accept
an alterative offer, based on availability.
Please ask your travel agent regarding the laws,
customs & living conditions pertaining to
your destination before you travel, as they often
differ from standards in North America.
When available, SkyLink Holidays USA will provide
supplementary hotel & attraction brochures,
as a courtesy. We are not responsible for any
information that is printed. We will not accept
responsibility or honor incorrect information
given out by travel agents, airline representatives,
hotel employees or suppliers of any kind.
Regulations, Times & Fares
SkyLink Holidays USA uses the services or scheduled
airlines only. Our airfares are based on CONTRACT
rates, which are subject to different cancellation
and change policies from tickets purchased directly
from airlines. The airline reservation employees
are not always aware of these conditions and
may provide the passenger or agent with incorrect
details about changes, frequent flyer points,
change fees etc. SkyLink Holidays USA WILL NOT
accept any responsibility for inaccurate information
given by airline personnel. Flight times, fares
& taxes are subject to change without notice
and are out of the control of SkyLink Holidays
USA. All flights are subject to advance booking
regulations. Once the reservation is confirmed,
no refund or amendments will be considered if
a lower “Seat Sale Fare” is advertised
by any airline at any time. Please reconfirm
all flight departures with the appropriate airline
carrier 72 hours before your departure. It is
the passenger’s responsibility to arrive
at the airport on time.
